CWDI ELITE PVT. LTD. does not request payments for prize money. No such scheme is run by the company.

If you receive calls claiming to be from CWDI demanding money for prizes, do not respond and never share confidential banking details.

CWDI shall not be held responsible for losses incurred due to scammers. Stay alert.

🎁 Free Item Policy
  • Free items are subject to availability and change without notice.
  • Only one offer can be applied at a time (free item OR discount code).
  • CWDI reserves the right to replace free items.

🚫 Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if unfulfilled. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Prepaid: Refunds processed within 15 business days.

COD: Not eligible for cancellation-based refunds.

Refund & Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items: Cosmetics, crystals, clothing, and nutraceuticals. Returns are not accepted for dislike, minor defects, packaging issues, or slight color/size variations.

📹 MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
To claim missing items, breakage, or damage, an unboxing video from the sealed package is mandatory. Without this, replacements or refunds cannot be processed.

Eligible Refunds:
Only for Damaged, Missing, Out of Stock, or Incorrectly delivered items.

Timelines:
Claims must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery. Approved refunds credited within 15 days.

Refusal:
If the package is tampered with, refuse delivery. If marked delivered but not received, report within 48 hours.

Exclusions:
Shipping charges and discounts are not refunded. Neglect or sensitivity issues are not covered.

Standard Returns 

Indian Law (Consumer Protection Act, 2019): You do not have a statutory right to return a product just because you don't like it or changed your mind.

Start a Return: Contact service@cwdi.in. Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable:
Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Damages: Inspect order upon reception and contact us immediately if defective or wrong item.
