📦Order & Shipping Policy:

Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive an email and SMS confirmation from CWDI acknowledging the receipt of your order. Once dispatched, a second notification will be sent to confirm acceptance and shipping details.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will receive a confirmation email, and the order will be finalized only after you confirm via email or mobile communication.

Dispatch times may vary depending on the product(s) ordered.

Before delivery, we ensure that all product(s) are thoroughly inspected and carefully packed before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery partners will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. In case they are unable to reach the given address or deliver at a convenient time, they will coordinate with you for a suitable resolution.

Most orders are dispatched within 2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Orders with a prepaid billing value of ₹399 or more will be Eligible for FREE Shipping.
