⚠️ Alert Regarding Fake Messages and Calls Related to Prizes from CWDI
The company, CWDI ELITE PVT. LTD., under the brand CWDI, does not request or send any communication via email, WhatsApp, or telephone seeking payments from customers for any prize money. No such scheme is run by the company.
If you receive an email, message, or call from someone claiming to be from CWDI and demanding money in exchange for any prize scheme, do not respond. CWDI does not ask customers to make any payment to personal accounts or individuals.
Customers are strongly advised not to entertain such messages or calls, and never share confidential information like bank account or credit card details.
CWDI ELITE PVT. LTD. shall not be held responsible for any loss incurred due to interactions with such scammers. Stay alert and cautious.
🎁 Free Item Policy
Free items offered with products may vary and are subject to change based on availability.
CWDI reserves the right to update or replace any free item without prior notice.
Only one offer can be applied at a time. If a free item offer is used, no other discount code can be combined.
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Items categorized under cosmetics, crystals, clothing, and nutraceuticals are non-returnable.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as dislike of the product, minor defects, packaging issues, slight colour variations, or size discrepancies. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product details, images, ingredients, and size charts before making a purchase.
CWDI is not liable for damages occurring after product delivery. To claim issues such as missing items, breakage, leakage, damage, or incorrect product received, an unboxing video from the sealed package is mandatory.
Without a proper unboxing video, CWDI cannot process replacements or refunds.
Refunds/replacements (subject to approval) will only be processed for products that are:
Damaged, Missing ,Out of stock, Incorrectly delivered
If your order is not delivered within 15 days from placement, you may request a refund.
Claims due to neglect, misuse, or improper application are not covered under this policy. Sensitivities to any ingredient are also not covered. Patch testing is recommended.
For refund requests, contact our customer care at service@cwdi.in, along with required images and the unboxing video.
If the delivery package is tampered, damaged, or defective, please refuse to accept it at the time of delivery.
If your order is marked as “delivered” but not received within 48 hours, report the issue to customer care. CWDI cannot process refunds after this window.
Refund amount does not include shipping charges or discounts availed during purchase.
COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Customers must provide valid bank account details.
Refund claims must be initiated within 24 hours of order delivery.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 days.
CWDI does not charge any additional fees at the time of delivery for prepaid orders. Any such request should be raised with the delivery partner. CWDI is not responsible for refunding such amounts.
CWDI is not liable for counterfeit products sold by other vendors. Only purchases made from official CWDI channels are eligible for support or refunds.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled only if unfulfilled. Contact our support at +91 8262929319, available Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM.
For prepaid orders, cancellations (if approved) will be refunded to the original payment method within 15 business working days.
COD orders are not eligible for cancellation-based refunds or RTO refunds.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
CWDI reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
